Who are we?
We are Mike and Tina Hook AGWM Missionaries to Scotland. Our story is similar to others. We were married in 1988 after having attended senior year in high school together. We were called into the mission field a little older than most we suppose but when God calls He equips and we have just finished our first term in Scotland. We are currently back in the US itinerating.
What is our call?
Our first 4 years in Scotland we were planting children’s ministries at a church plant in Edinburgh. We completely enjoyed ourselves and made friends and added to the body of Christ while we were there. We could have stayed and been happy and comfortable. It would have been easy to do. But God had a different call and we have answered. Who wants to just be happy anyway? Don’t we all want to change the world for Christ? When we go back to Scotland we will be planting communities of faith in the Highlands.
